I am really enjoying it. I can certainly agree with your Father's thoughts. After 35+ years in business, I've seen some of the most elegant strategic plans that have failed because people couldn't (or wouldn't) execute them. Execution is probably more important than planning. That is not to say that planning is not important, but daily execution is "King". People who can execute extremely well can make up for the shortcomings of a poor plan. But people who can create excellent plans, can't make up for poor execution. Happy Thanksgiving, Dan Ralph:

Having been a plant manager for over 25 years I have seen many cases where this is true and if the individual(s) involved would have followed this path serious accidents would not have occured.
