Thanks for sharing. I had an attendee at my last planning workshop who said he was there to improve his sales ability. He is one of 7 on the sales team at a client company and the only one who signed up, at his own expense, to attend the workshop with the business owner. The owner of the business then pointed out that this salesman was also their top producer. The best learn the lesson of always asking "what can I do better?" and take action to look in the mirror.
